FLYFB By-Laws provide an allowance to the community of 5% of the total of league registration fees to be allocated for scholarship.
Scholarships may be awarded upon FLYFB Executive Board approval based on financial hardship. Families who receive a scholarship will have the following additional requirements:
- Scholarships granted prior to registration deadline will be required to fulfill 6 total dibs
shifts per player. - Scholarships granted after registration deadline will be required to fulfill 8 total dibs shifts.
If scholarship requirements are not met, recipients will not be eligible for future scholarships.
It is FLYFB’s policy to review all applicants and make a determination based on need of the applicant. It is FLYFB
position to enable youth to participate in our football program regardless of economic position to the best of our
ability. Please note that this is only for consideration of the participation fee and would not include the purchase of
equipment required to play football (Shoes, Pants, Mouthguard, etc.). FLYFB’s policy is to review each applicant fairly and equitably.
